Many of the products contained on this website are provided by external suppliers, Red Promotional makes no warranties of any kind as to its content and accuracy. Product availability and prices will be confirmed at the time of placement of order or, if requested, by email prior to your order being placed.

Red Promotional shall carry no warranty or liability due to any misuse, theft or unauthorised use of any membership passwords or credit card details beyond its control and any purchase obligations made shall remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Quantities Overs and Unders
While every care is taken to provide the exact quantities requested, on occassions these quantities may be under or over. Where this is the case we reserve the right to supply less / more than the quantity ordered.
All items quoted on this site are inclusive of GST unless other wise stated.

Cancellation of Order
Once an order has been placed and the artwork approved, it is agreed we will supply your product in the specified time. If you cancel an order after artwork approval, cancellation fees may apply. They can vary from order to order depending on status of the job, but typically costs involved are artwork fees, set-up costs, restocking fee or full payment of job if items have already been decorated. You will not be charged cancellation fees if we don’t have the item in stock.
Claims or Returns
Only written claims will be accepted and must be made within 7 days of receiving goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied or an error in the printing. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued.

We are happy to provide samples (where possible) on request however we do require samples to be returned to us
Maximum quantity is 2 of any one product range. All samples provided free of charge are requested to be returned within a 14 day period otherwise they will be billed out to you.
Any accumulated or individual samples over a total value of $25 + GST will need to be paid for before despatch. We are happy to credit this back if an order is placed and samples are returned.
